Privacy Policy
ClawStore ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ClawStore marketplace at clawstore.to. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Who We Are
ClawStore is a digital marketplace for AI agent workspace bundles. Sellers list packaged AI setups; buyers purchase and download them. By using ClawStore you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Data We Collect
Account data: Email address, display name, username, and profile photo when you create an account. Optionally: bio, GitHub username, website URL.
Purchase data: Records of bundles purchased, amounts paid, and order IDs. We do not store full payment card details — card processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
Seller data: Stripe Connect account ID for sellers who opt in to receive payouts. Bundle listings including titles, descriptions, file uploads.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps — collected via standard server logs and used for security and performance monitoring.
Communications: Messages you send through the in-platform chat, and any support requests.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and deliver the ClawStore service, including processing purchases and downloads
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, download links)
- To facilitate seller payouts via Stripe Connect
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- To moderate marketplace content and enforce our Terms of Service
- To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
- To send platform announcements (you may opt out via account settings)
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising outside of ClawStore.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following processors strictly to operate the service:
- Supabase (database and authentication) — stores user accounts, bundle records, and purchase history in secured cloud infrastructure
- Stripe (payments and payouts) — processes all payment card transactions and seller payouts. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
- Vercel (hosting) — serves the ClawStore application
- Resend (transactional email) — delivers purchase confirmation and notification emails
5. Cookies and Authentication
We use session cookies to keep you signed in. These are strictly necessary for the service to function — no advertising or analytics cookies are set. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings; doing so will sign you out of ClawStore.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are kept for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance.
When you delete your account, we remove your profile, display name, and email within 30 days. Purchase history and financial records are retained as required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@clawstore.to. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents may also exercise rights under the CCPA by contacting us at the same address.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, row-level security in our database, and access controls. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us at security@clawstore.to.
9. Children
ClawStore is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@clawstore.to.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a platform notification. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of ClawStore after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
